Data Deletion

If you signed in to TrailPass using Facebook and would like your data removed, you can request deletion at any time. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request.

What gets deleted

Your TrailPass visitor account
Your name and email address
Your Facebook login association
All stamps and passport progress across every trail
Any leaderboard entries tied to your account

How to request deletion

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request" and the email address associated with your account.

Or use our contact form at trail.brewtraq.com/contact — select Support as the topic and mention you're requesting data deletion.

We'll confirm deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address.

You can also delete your account yourself by signing in to TrailPass and contacting support from within the app. Deleting your account removes all associated data permanently.
