TrailPass is a digital trail passport platform operated by BrewTraq. Our service lets visitors collect stamps at participating locations and track their progress through local trails. Trail organizers use our platform to create and manage those experiences.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
When you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name and email address from that provider. We do not receive your password, friends list, posts, or any other profile data.
We use only the minimum permissions required: email and public_profile. Your social login is used solely to authenticate your TrailPass account — we never post to your social accounts or access your social activity.
You can unlink a social provider at any time by contacting us. Deleting your TrailPass account also removes the association.
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the platform:
Leaderboards display first name and last initial only. Full names are never shown publicly.
Visitor accounts and passport data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us — we'll remove your account and all associated stamp data within 30 days.
Organizer accounts and trail data are retained for the duration of the subscription and up to 90 days after cancellation, after which they are permanently deleted.

TrailPass is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We'll update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use of TrailPass after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
